This is my progress so far, and I am pretty pleased with my self for sticking with it for the few months that I have been doing it. As you can see there is a fairly good amount of definition difference and I am continuing to take off LBS while still putting on muscle mass. This has all been done without any kinda supplements or crazy dieting, just watching the amount of food intake and trying to choose the better options that are given to me when I go out and get food. Booze intake has slowed a bit but is defiantly not gone as I usually end up at a bar or some kind of get together with friends at least once a week. I try to stay fairly active by going to the Gym at least Three (3) times a week, playing Softball Tuesdays and Thursdays, and then I have a Nine (9) inning Baseball game on Sundays. So far this has been working for me as I have had steady weight loss for a few months in a row now. So that's my update as of 9-10-09 I have lost 16.6 LBS!

Ok This Weight Loss Thing

Ok so im trying to drop 20 or so pounds. I am going to update this thing everyso often to see proggress and post photos to compare to. I hope this will help me stay motivated. I have been doing pretty well so far, ive gone from 230 to 226.2 in just under 2 weeks. Ive been using a pretty awesome website http://caloriecount.about.com/ to help me track my calorie intake and my burn rate, I suggest anyone trying to drop a few pounds to sign up for this website its free and works great. Right now im trying my best to stay around 1800 calories a day while exercising at least 5 times a week. For exercise im ususay sticking to running for around 10 min (1.2-1.3 miles) and then lifting for about an hour durring the week, and on sundays I play a 9 inning game of baseball. Well now for the first set a photos.

Both of these are taken on 6-11-09.
