Ok This Weight Loss Thing



Ok so im trying to drop 20 or so pounds. I am going to update this thing everyso often to see proggress and post photos to compare to. I hope this will help me stay motivated. I have been doing pretty well so far, ive gone from 230 to 226.2 in just under 2 weeks. Ive been using a pretty awesome website http://caloriecount.about.com/ to help me track my calorie intake and my burn rate, I suggest anyone trying to drop a few pounds to sign up for this website its free and works great. Right now im trying my best to stay around 1800 calories a day while exercising at least 5 times a week. For exercise im ususay sticking to running for around 10 min (1.2-1.3 miles) and then lifting for about an hour durring the week, and on sundays I play a 9 inning game of baseball. Well now for the first set a photos.
